Refund and Returns Policy

Product returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the product if the product is undamaged, unused in its original packaging with all accessories accompanied by a return form or an email with a statement of withdrawal from the contract. The buyer can return goods to the provider by mail or other delivery services to Agil d.o.o., Brnčičeva ulica 11, 1231 Črnuče. The direct return costs are borne by the consumer.

Please note that gift cards and personalized/custom made items are not eligible for a refund.

To complete your return, please fill in the return form or message us through email with the information about your order and provide the copy of the receipt or any other proof of order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Refund may be withholded until the returned goods are received or until the buyer provides proof of returning the goods. The return costs are borne by the buyer. Shipping costs are not the subject of refund and will be deducted from the refund

Exchanges

Exchanges can only be made for the same or higher value, we cannot refund you the difference. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at info@thebcups.eu.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
